3 John 1:2 states the heart of God in regard to emotional and mental healing: "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy GOOD HEALTH and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well." God desires and provides healing for us emotionally and mentally!

Our fitness classes and programs ministers to the soul by playing uplifting Christ-centered music and the Word of God throughout the classes.

We also offer emotional and mental healing small groups for women.
